Everything you send is used to deal with your enquiry and nothing else. No profiling, no automated decisions, no passing your address around.
We do not sell, rent or trade your information. It is disclosed only if the law obliges us to, and to no one else.
Correspondence is kept only as long as it is needed to handle your matter and any follow-up, after which it is deleted. Records we are legally required to keep are kept for the statutory period and no longer.
You can ask at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hola@corepulsegridlab.com and we will act on it promptly after confirming it is really you asking.
What little we hold is stored on access-controlled systems and is not accessible to anyone outside the business.
